About Datoryx

Operations software built by people who've run operations

Datoryx started as an internal tool built to stop three different teams from maintaining three different versions of the same spreadsheet. Today it runs the same job for companies across Canada and beyond.

Our mission

Give operations, finance, and platform teams one place to see and act on what's happening across their infrastructure and data, instead of a browser full of disconnected tabs.

Our approach

We build for the exceptions, not just the happy path, and we'd rather ship a workflow your team actually trusts than one that looks impressive in a demo and gets ignored by week three.

What we value

How we build

Reliability first

A platform that runs your operations has to be more dependable than the spreadsheet it replaced, not just more capable.

Plain, direct communication

No exaggerated claims about what the platform can do, in our marketing or in the product itself.

Built with real operators

Every module ships after time spent with the team who will actually use it, not just the buyer who signs off on it.

Fit the stack you have

We connect to the systems you already run rather than asking you to rip them out.

History

How we got here

2018

Founded in Toronto

Started as an internal reporting tool for a logistics operations team, built to replace a shared spreadsheet nobody fully trusted.

2020

First external customers

Opened the platform to outside teams after three straight quarters of internal use with no reporting discrepancies.

2022

Automation Engine launched

Added no-code workflow automation after customers kept asking for the same approval-chain rebuild we'd already solved internally.

2024

AI Assistant introduced

Anomaly detection and plain-language insights shipped after two years of production data across customer environments.

2026

140+ companies operating on Datoryx

Now supporting operations, finance, and platform teams across retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.

Leadership

The team steering the platform

A. Reyes — Chief Executive Officer

Previously led operations technology for a national logistics provider before founding Datoryx in 2018.

T. Nakamura — Chief Technology Officer

Spent a decade building infrastructure monitoring systems before joining as the platform's first engineering hire.

K. Osei — VP Customer Success

Leads the onboarding and support team, focused on getting new customers to a working pilot within weeks, not quarters.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Datoryx is an operations platform that brings cloud infrastructure monitoring, data analytics, and workflow automation together in one console. Instead of monitoring servers in one tool, reporting in another, and automating approvals in a third, your team works from a single dashboard.
Most teams are running their first automated workflow within two to three weeks. Full rollout timelines depend on how many systems you're connecting, and our onboarding team scopes this with you before you commit to anything.
We run scoped pilots with a defined start and end date so you can evaluate Datoryx against your own data before a broader rollout. Contact our sales team to talk through what a pilot would look like for your organization.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role at every layer of the platform, and every action is captured in an exportable audit log. Our security practices are documented in detail during the sales process.
Yes. Datoryx ships with a library of prebuilt connectors for common ERPs, CRMs, and cloud providers, plus a documented REST API and webhook support for anything custom. Our integrations team is included in onboarding.
Mid-market and enterprise operations, finance, and platform engineering teams that are currently stitching together multiple point tools and want one system of record for infrastructure, data, and automation.
No. Datoryx sits alongside your existing cloud infrastructure and monitors, automates, and reports on it, rather than replacing it.
Every account includes onboarding support, and standard business-hours support by email. Enterprise accounts can add a dedicated account manager. Reach out through our contact page for details specific to your plan.
Yes. Access is role-based down to individual modules and, in most areas, down to individual rows of data, so finance, operations, and engineering each see exactly what they need.
Pricing depends on the number of connected systems, users, and modules you need. Our sales team will walk through your requirements and put together a proposal, rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all tier.
Details on term length and cancellation are set out in your service agreement at signup. Reach out to your account team any time you want to review or change your plan.
Datoryx is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, and serves customers across Canada and internationally.
